We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Physician to deliver immediate medical care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries. Based in the UAE, this role requires quick decision-making, high clinical competency, and a commitment to delivering life-saving care in fast-paced emergency settings.Key Responsibilities• Provide rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the emergency department• Manage life-threatening conditions such as trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and stroke• Perform emergency procedures including intubation, defibrillation, and wound management• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and paramedics for coordinated patient care• Stabilize and refer patients for admission or specialist intervention as necessary• Interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab results promptly• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with hospital policies• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and medical protocols• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response training programs• Support the education and supervision of interns, residents, and emergency team membersRequirements• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution• Board certification or fellowship in Emergency Medicine (e.g., ABEM, CCFP-EM, MRCEM, or equivalent)• Valid UAE license or eligibility to practice in the UAE• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an emergency or trauma setting• Proficiency in emergency procedures and critical care protocols• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Company Profile We are a recruiting company based in Dubai
