Streamlining idea flows across platforms and assisting initiative owners in successfully implementing their initiatives. Continuously promote and market for the innovation tolls that are implemented within ADNOC L&SJob Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)Corporate Strategic Planning

  • Have a thorough understanding of the ADNOC L&S innovation process and the benefits of implementing new innovative ideas within the organization.
  • Proactively support business units and innovation focal points to scout for new ideas, maintaining momentum across all levels
  • Provide training to innovation focal point and champions to ensure effective implementation of the innovation process withing ADNOC L&S
  • Evaluate, evaluate, and select ideas submitted through various channels. Create a short list of ideas to be presented to the ADNOC L&S Innovation Committee.
  • Monitor the implementation of ongoing initiatives and provide management with regular updates.
  • Ensure alignment between ideas submitted through ADNOC++ and ideas generated via open channel & Project Light and wherever applicable
  • Act as the secretary of the innovation committee and perform all duties associated with that position, such as scheduling committee meetings and sending out invitations, preparing presentation documents, preparing meeting minutes and distributing them to all members, and so on.
  • Develop partnerships and networks with local innovators, youth organizations,the private sector, local media, and academic institutions to create and provide a space for the nurturing and testing of new and innovative ideas.

Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures? Implement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Department / Section?s work programs in line with Company and International standards.? Comply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.Performance Management? Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Department / Section in line with the Company Performance framework.Innovation and Continuous Improvement? Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.? Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability? Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of PracticesReports? Minimum QualificationMinimum Qualification
  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration with a major in Strategic Management.

  • 6 years of experience in Performance Management and corporate reporting systems in a large organization, preferably in Oil & Gas industry
