As the Technical Fieldworks Specialist, you will be responsible for building business requirements for survey plans and methodologies using various IT tools. You will test and install these solutions, working closely with the IT team, internal policy specialists and external vendors.Client DetailsA Government entity working on a broad range of research and policy measures to improve public services in Abu Dhabi.DescriptionEngage with internal stakeholders in data and policy to understand the latest survey methodologies and test them for useability and scalability.Develop and define technical requirements for various survey tools, using IT systems from external vendors to streamline the data collection process.Test and install said solutions, training the field teams to use the tools effectively and troubleshooting when required.Monitor the data collection process, ensuring effective outputs as measured against relevance, veracity and inter-operability.Continuously build ones own, and in turn the departments, knowledge base when it comes to field survey solutions and related domains.ProfileAt least 3 years of experience in statistics and survey management.Strong preference for candidates with experience working with or alongside government entities.Excellent skills in IT and the digitisation of survey methodologies.Strong communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.Experience managing a large digital survey and data collection process is a significant plus.Job OfferCompetitive, tax-free salary Opportunity to work with influential stakeholders and influence policy-makingProgressive, exciting environment
