We are currently looking for young, dynamic, self motivated female Recreation professionals who want to join our team. As a Spa Receptionist you are responsible to ensure that all Spa reception responsibilities are carried out in an efficient and timely manner, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as: Oversee all reservations, payment and tracking procedures, established for the Spa facilities as requiredCreate a warm welcome and a friendly atmospherePromote all treatments and retail products that are offered within the SpaEnsure that all members and guests follow safety procedures, rules and regulationsEnsure all the reception area and Spa is tidy and clean and that all materials e.g. towels, newspapers, magazines and advertising material is readily availableEncourage sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and available facilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.Ability to work various schedules, including weekends and holidays.
