Spa Manager, Middle East* Middle East * Up to $30,000 per annum * Permanent * Posted 25 days agoOVERVIEW OF THE ROLE AND THE CLIENTOur client is a cluster of 3 resorts, currently seeking a Spa Manager to lead the operations of their 3 spas. Managing a team of more than 30 staff members with responsibility for scheduling, training, evaluations and development Ensuring the highest levels of guest service and satisfaction are delivered at all times Managing reservations to maximize the use of treatment facilities and revenues Creating packages and offers to encourage higher spending and revenues Keeping fully up to date with all the latest trends and legislation in the spa industry Ensuring accurate inventory control and planning of product requirements Preparing budgets & forecasts and being accountable for their achievement Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and health & safety in the spas at all timesCANDIDATE?S KEY QUALITIES Female and willing to travel alone Must have previous experience in a managerial position in a spa operation (preferably hotel or resort spas) Should have certification and knowledge of different massage styles, especially Thai, Balinese, Indian etc. Should be able to manage a team of at least 35 staff Should be able to overlook the spa operations of 3 resorts Must speak and write English and another language fluently * Contact: James Butler * Reference: CatererGlobal * Job ID: 96486106 Personalised ads and content, ad and content measurement, audience insights and product development Ads and content can be personalised based on a profile.
