Digital Banking Platform - CLM Solution ArchitectCreate scalable and manageable designs and implement Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions with industry standard technologies? Design and develop application and Integration architecture? Coordinate with Platform manager to develop roadmap for the platformDesign and develop enterprise CLM solutions with capabilities like Automated Risk scoring, KYC policy rules, compliance to multi-country regulatory requirements? Design and develop integration with various enterprise systems for screening, AML etc. for various customer segments: personal banking, SME, corporate, wealth etc.? Design to include the information flows across applications, integration required to support the flows, mapping of the data across applications, and the operational model to address the non-functional requirements of the business.? Work with Product Owner/Business Analysts to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features? Research industry standards, trends, breakthroughs and best practices and drive the digital roadmap to advance digital effectiveness? Assess and propose the integration of new technologies into the platform to improve user interface, product performance and attractiveness? Typical responsibilities would include;o Map ?as is and designing target operating modelo Design ?to be processes / structures / work flow management/ business solutiono Develop and manage business requirement specification? Assist in the development of relevant new assets, tools and point of views? Lead specific project work streams? Work cross-functionally with Creative, Marketing and Product teams to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs? Communicate and negotiate priorities with IT Team using in-depth knowledge and experience of technical delivery process? Identify and develop a 3rd party partner eco-system for the digital banking platformFunctions within the framework and boundaries of Group policies as well as overall organisational and governance frameworks. ? Authorised to take decisions as per the approved authorisation matrix.Experience of 10+ yrs in financial services industry? Solution design experience with Fenergo CLM solution preferred? Experience in designing enterprise solutions in banking domain? Identity and authentication, using tool such as Oauth2, or JSON Web Tokens? Working experience with solutions like CRM, BPMS, core banking, AML, compliance solutions, etc.Good understanding of both Retail and Corporate Banking? Experience in process design, managing business requirements, solutioning, functional solution, testing, solution delivery lifecycle, change management? Understanding and awareness of different business operating model? Exposure to defining functional architecture?
