About our Client:Our Client is a UAE based global organization striving to change the paradigm in education through innovative learning science framework and engaging multimedia content powered by cutting edge technology and Artificial Intelligence.Job PurposeThe Social Content Writer supports the development of subject specific curriculum for client in a time and budget efficient manner.Job Specific ResponsibilitiesContent Development of Social Studies SubjectsLead the design and development of mini learning objective based lessons, ensuring content is aligned with the local context and culture to meet the needs of micro-school learners (in Arabic Social Studies)Implement curriculum models to be used for the development of specific Social Studies lessonsDesign and develop processes, activities, and documents to support understanding and problem solving for learning objectivesPlan, prepare and deliver digitally-based instructional activities and materials based on approved curriculum standards and modelsSupport team initiatives effectively, collaborating on timelines and quality standards to enable effective results and on time deliverablesCollaboratively support the measurement, maintenance, and reporting of key performance metrics, recognizing successes and proactively contributing to problem solving to ensure deliverable deadlines and quality are consistently achievedConsult on questions, problems, and ideas related to Islamic Studies subjects with project teams as requested by ManagerEducation, Experience and Required SkillsBachelor?s Degree related to EducationMaster?s degree in instructional design, instructional technology or related field strongly preferredMinimum 2-3 years teaching Arabic Social Studies K-12 and strongly preferred in the UAEFluent ArabicEnglish fluency strongly preferred1-2 years experience producing digital curriculum documentsAt least 1 year leading teachers in development/instruction of curriculum preferredStrong knowledge of processes and standards for planning and implementing instructional design and developmentStrong knowledge of instructional strategies, curriculum standards and assessmentsPrevious experience producing e-content (portfolio of work preferred)Previous experience implementing various Learning Management Systems
