Job Description

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager, preferably˙FEMALE, to manage our social media platforms and advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to engage and grow our audience while managing social media advertising campaigns effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage our comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Content Creation Guide: Guide in creation of engaging content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics that resonate with our audience.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly, fostering a positive community environment.
  • Social Media Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize all types of social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Ads, and more.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics. Use insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our social media strategy is cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers to expand our reach and enhance brand credibility.
  • Crisis Management: Handle social media crises with professionalism and tact, maintaining the brand?s reputation.
  • 2% COMMISSION ON EACH SUCCESSFUL SALE ENGAGEMENT GENERATED THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA EFFORTS.
  • VALID UAE DRIVING LICENSE IS PREFERRED.
