We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.? Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions? Creating content for text posts, video and images for use on social media? Excellent knowledge of social media best practices? Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization?s brand and social media strategy? Interacting with customers and dealing with customer?s inquiries? Developing new social media strategies and campaigns? Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising? Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns? Good understanding of social media KPIs? Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
