We are a vet practice that will combine a daycare, grooming, and retail unit. We are looking for a UAE-licensed veterinarian with enthusiasm for small animals to join this new practice in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be in charge of all the veterinary activities and will be the link between the different activities happening at the facility. We will offer several services, all under the umbrella of the clinic. General practice services including routine surgeries and consultations will be offered but also, extensive and extensive specialist sectors which include:Diagnostic imagingBasic orthopedic surgeryDentistrySportive medicine/Ophthalmology/Dermatology/NutritionYou will be required to cover most of these areas of expertise,but also:To be the guide of junior veterinarians and students.Providing clinical leadership across the clinic, ensuring the provision of the best practice patient care.Working with General Manager to improve the strategies to manage the patient flow.Leading clinical standards and continuing to build a culture of collaboration and excellence.Fostering and supporting the highest quality of teaching and mentoring of clinic staff.Working closely with all colleagues and nurturing a culture of collaboration and teamwork.Ensuring compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies, and procedures.This role would suit an experienced vet (7-10 years of experience) who is interested in all areas of GP & who wants to grow and expand in the future.
