Job Description

Job Location: Al Saad ? Al AinAbout the jobAlSUWEIDI is looking for an organized, detail-oriented candidate to become a part of our site supervision team.˙˙Responsibilities:Administrative Support:

  • Providing administrative assistance to project managers, engineers, and site staff.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documents, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Organizing and maintaining project files and records, both electronically and in hardcopy.
Communication and Coordination:
  • Acting as a liaison between the site, the office, and external parties, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Facilitating communication by answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
  • Scheduling meetings, site visits, and conference calls for the project team.
Document Control:
  • Ensuring that all project documents are accurately logged, tracked, and stored.
  • Maintaining and updating project databases, document control systems, and filing systems.
  • Distributing documents to relevant stakeholders and maintain revision control.
Reporting:
  • Assisting in the preparation of project progress reports, including daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Collating and summarizing data related to project activities and milestones.
Health and Safety Compliance:
  • Supporting the implementation of health and safety procedures on the construction site.
  • Assisting in maintaining safety records, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
Site Logistics:
  • Coordinating transportation and accommodation for site personnel and visitors.
  • Helping manage site access and security, as well as parking and storage areas.
Sustainability and Environmental Compliance:
  • Assisting in monitoring and reporting on environmental compliance and sustainability initiatives as required by the project
General Support:
  • Providing general administrative support as needed, including photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks.
  • Handling any other duties assigned by the Project Manager to ensure the successful operation of the site.
