Site EngineerJob Location : Abu Dhabi, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members.•Ensure that all construction work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.•Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project manager.•Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.•Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and identify potential hazards.•Prepare and submit progress reports, work schedules, and other project documentation as required.•Collaborate with the project manager to develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.•Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.•Provide technical support and guidance to construction workers and other team members.•Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations for project improvement.Qualifications:•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.•Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.•Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.•Excellent project management and organizational skills.•Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.•Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures.•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.•Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
