- Basic responsibility to oversee all the Tendering works including preparation of Technical bids, Commercial bids, arranging documents and submission of bids to the client through proper medium- Coordinating with clients for the bidding process including Tender Meetings, Site Visit- Submitting and reviewing Prebid clarifications, Post Bid Clarifications and providing the necessary information to clients- Preparing bids and proposal using Online supplier portal for ADAC, MUSANADA, ADCB (Ariba)- Quantity Take-off from the tender drawings for all the civil and architectural items- Preparation/Review of construction contracts and understanding the obligations including arranging the requirements.- Using MUSANADA oracle-based project management system (PMS) submission of project documents including payments, NPC and Variations- Using Primavera & excel to make project schedule for initial submission during tendering stage- Coordinating with Client/Consultant during project kickoff and closeout regarding all the requirement and arranging required documents- Coordinate with project engineering team to receive needed documents in a timely manner according to the project work schedule- Provide assistance to project manager and site office- Control of technical documents to find out any likely non-conformity or discrepancy and make them rectified in connection with relevant parties and engineering head office to ease construction team activities and avoid any duplication in future- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholder for the timely preparation and submission of project documents- Knowledge of site inspection/ survey & prepare reports/ drawings.-Worked as Office Civil Engineer handling structural design/ drawings, prepare material/ cost estimates/ scope of work, project schedule, etc.- Knowledge to implement HSE and Safety Regulation at construction site.- Making the daily report and reporting to construction manager.
