Job Description
Manage/Supervises coordinates activities of Automobile Mechanics engaged in repairing, adjusting, servicing, and storing motor vehicles in industrial or commercial establishment.
Analyzes defective equipment to define cause of trouble.
Inspects drives repaired vehicles to verify repairs.
Trains workers in and demonstrates repair maintenance of vehicles, using handtools, welding, and grinding equipment.
Evaluates performance of workers.
Keeps inventory of repair parts and equipment requisitions replacement stock.
Prepares repair reports vehicle requests.
Schedules transporting of passengers or materials to service or storage areas.
May supervise workers engaged in inspection and repair of all types of automobiles.
Performs other duties as described under Supervisor any works instructed by management.
Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to achieve and exceed those quotas
Implement best practices for closing more vehicle deals and provide advice and guidance to improve sales performance.
Step in to answer customer questions and issues when required
Coordinate and lead all regular sales meetings with the management
Develop and manage a CRM platform to retain customers and seek out new prospective sales
Maintain a strong focus on the satisfaction of all customers
Compile regular reports for dealership management to review
