The purpose of the Shift Manager role is to lead the Operations Shift Team to ensure the plant safely meets availability, reliability, efficiency, generation and cost targets within strict environmental limits. The Shift Manager role is part of critical position responsible for making accurate and timely decisions on matters affecting plant processes and performance and consulting with the Operations Manager when necessary. The role will require a detailed understanding of the Company safety rules and compliance to commercial agreements such as the PWPA and O&M agreements, combined with practical experience of the technologies associated to operating a modern Combined Cycle Gas Turbine plant, Desalination plant and a wide range of auxiliary equipment. Profile Description Must be a Bachelor Degree or Higher Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical and also Instrumentation equivalent. At least have 03 years of experience in similar position. Candidate with Power plant experience would be an advantage. Preferably looking for UAE National
