Job Description

Reporting into the Service & Maintenance Manager the Maintenance Service Supervisor will be responsible for planning, communicating, and driving the delivery of engineering services to the Company and its operations. The role will also be responsible for optimizing the delivery of engineering services to support the Companys departments and site operations.Some key responsibilities of the role:

  • Conduct site visits periodically to complete QA/QC checks with ongoing and completed repair and maintenance work. . Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate resource to support workload. . Manage the creation, issuance and completion of Job cards and supporting documents. . Supervise technicians during installations, repairs, and planned maintenance . Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance . Participate in coordination of projects to support work scope and resource allocation. . Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
We are looking for a bachelors in Engineering with PMP Certification with at least 1 years of multiple project and people management experience. Minimum 3-4 years total working experience in Operations Role and with 1+ years managing projects in supervisory role. Minimum of 3-4 years experience working within oilfield drilling waste industry as related service is preferred.
