21858BRRequisition Number:21858BR Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Water Network Modeller to join our Water team in the Middle East region, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Senior Water Network Modeller, you will be responsible for developing, calibration and analysis of complex water network models to support our clients in the region in planning, design, and operation of their potable water and recycled water supply and distribution systems. Title:Senior Water Network Modeller Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree in Civil, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering (required), Post-graduate degree (preferred)
  • Chartership with internationally recognised organisations (preferred)
  • Experience in GCC countries (required), experience in Abu Dhabi (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of using GIS tools, e.g. ArcGIS, MapInfo
  • Ability to integrate well into a team and lead other modelling team members
  • Good organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • Experience with local and international guidelines/standards/codes and technical specifications for the modelling and design of wet infrastructure, particularly water transmission and distribution networks
  • Experience in client service management
  • Delivery focused
  • Quality focused
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver projects under tight timeframes
  • Ability to work on bids to develop technical methodology and estimation of level of effort and identification of resources
  • Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
  • English language skills (required), Arabic language skills (preferred)
