Financial Planning & Analysis? Leading planning, forecasting and performance analyses for Finance and communicatingcoordinating management actions entities? Driving engagement with leadership of covered Functions by delivering value-add financialanalysis, financial counsel and recommendations to respective functions/entities? Identify financial improvements, deep dive on cost structures, and analyze businessopportunities and/ or investments with a keen eye on scaling for future growth and improvingour customer experience.? Provide a broad variety of analysis including but not limited to: variance analysis, Line-of-Business analysis, trend analysis, customer, vendor and item profitability analysis, etc.? Reviews and recommends best practices for financial analysis policies and procedures? Manages the overall consistency and standardization of all service line metrics, reporting andanalysis.Budget Planning & Process:? Lead the Budgeting process across Aldar, Review Budget submissions, identify patterns,understand rationale and link to strategic objectives? Review Budget submissions, identify patterns, understand rationale and link to strategicobjectives and annual business plan? Drive and coordinate reforecast exercises and variance analysis against budget? Discuss and interact with budget participants and stakeholders during the budget process andthrough iterations of submissions; challenge on the budget for further validation? Drive automation of budget/forecasting process through Hyperion, variance analysis andpotential scenario planning;? Oversee budgetary controls (validation of budgets) through ERP and recommendation toconfirm availability of budgets.RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCEMin of: 12+ years of experience in leading FP &A FunctionYOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITIONMin of: 4+ years of managerial experience.FIELD OF EXPERIENCE? Real estate company or Relatable Industry with annual revenue of atleast AED 2 billion? Experience in a multi-location environment to effectively communicatewith and influence all levels of the organization and drive change.TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS? Strong technical accounting understanding and a solid understanding of,and experience with, quantitative and qualitative financial analysi? Experience with Hyperion or other large ERP system and report writingsystems.QUALIFICATION? Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, orrelated field? Professional accounting qualification e.g. CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA.
