Providing network support and troubleshoot networking problem in Unix/Linux environment.2. Administration of user, group, Linux file management system.3. Monitoring server process, memory usage, CPU usages.4. Checking server performance and maintaining regular check checklist.5. Automating daily task with using cronjobs and setting permissions.6. Installation and configurations of Red Hat Enterprise Linux operating system.7. User & Group Administration.8. Testing and deploying various packages, Adding and Deleting Packages and patches according to the requirement.9. Hard disk Partitions and formatting, L VM for dynamically extending and reducing partition sizes as and when the needed.10. Hands on experience of managing EMC VNX, VMX, Netapp, HP 3Par Storage Systems and Brocade switches.11. Responsible to maintain the SAN environment up to date.12. Day to day jobs include storage allocation, troubleshooting, monitoring and Reporting on the SAN environment.13. Creating different storage and replay profile.14. Devices mapping and masking of thin devices.15. Creating zones and troubleshooting fabric on Brocade (Web GUI and CLI) Manager.16. Troubleshooting routine critical SAN issues including server throughput, ports availability, meeting zoning requirements, one-path down, host not seeing storage and storage. Management problems.17. Technology refreshes from Old SAN environment to New SAN environment.18. Active participation in DR activities.19. Working knowledge of replication (Async mode)20. Perform daily health checks of SAN switches for hardware failure or any alerts leading to path failures in environments.
