Senior Strategy Analyst?We are looking for a Senior Strategy Associate to join our team and focus on Corporate strategy, M&A and Transformation. The candidate will support in developing strategic plans. In addition, identify and evaluate opportunities for growth and development of the Group. The successful candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving skills and analytical skills. And be able to work as part of a team. Given the demands of such an accelerated role, you need to have an analytical mindset and be skilled in of the main areas of responsibility of the Corporate development Office. Successful candidates are intellectually curious, passionate about solving complex problems, hardworking, enthusiastic and have an entrepreneurial mind-set.The work of the Junior/Sr. Strategy Associate should help the Group CEO and Business unit leaders to take bold and transformative steps considering the customer and market dynamics, by helping them to:Re-imagine how the Group should growFacilitate the execution of Transformation and Integration projectsImprove operational performance, drive value-creation, synergies, and integration post-transactionsResponsibilities:Support in developing and implementing corporate strategies, M&A and transformation plansAnalyze and evaluate market trends and opportunitiesIdentify and assess potential risks and opportunitiesMonitor and report on progress of strategic plansLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersRequirementsPersonal Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related fieldExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong analytical and research skillsConsulting background with the Big 4 preferred
