• Deliver project review recommendations and business case solutions for Executive Leadership team endorsement.• Conduct a situational analysis of the current state of the AFRS, including its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.• Identify the gaps and the areas for improvement in the AFRS, including its structure, governance, operations, performance, capabilities, resources, and future challenges.• Support the development of the vision and strategy for the future state of the AFRS, including its centralization, unification, modernization, and optimization.• Develop and maintain the cost distribution mechanism and recharge structure for all stakeholders.• Support the development of a fit for purpose unified organizational structure for the AFRS, including the roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines of the key positions.• Develop a roadmap and the action plan for the implementation of the strategy, including the timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resources.• Support the enhancement of the emergency preparedness arrangement across the ADNOC group, including the coordination, communication, and collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.• A proven track record of organizational review projects, preferably in the context of organizational transformation and improvement.• A sound knowledge of the best practices and the international standards in human and resource management.
