Planning and managing the development of emerging technologies in coordination with the relevant suppliers
Identify budget requirements, and monitor spending for platforms that may result from the use of emerging technologies
Planning and coordination with government solutions infrastructure departments and government solutions platforms to ensure adequate infrastructure capacity in an effort to meet the requirements of emerging technologies
Identify opportunities to improve the use and utilization of emerging technologies
Preparing and monitoring service level agreements for emerging technologies, and ensuring that they are met
Identify and categorize users of emerging technology platforms
Making sure government agencies in Abu Dhabi benefit from emerging technologies
Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies, look for opportunities to use and implement them, and disseminate the results to relevant government agencies in Abu Dhabi
Managing awareness and ensuring the effective contribution of government agencies in Abu Dhabi on emerging technologies
Managing day-to-day technical processes related to emerging technologies, including monitoring and reporting, capacity management, availability management, continued service delivery management, information security management, supplier management and design coordination
Take responsibility in line with the departments governance, policies and procedures
Compliance with ADDs Corporate Excellence Guidelines and Corporate Excellence GuidelinesContribute to the preparation of the required reports in accordance with the requirements of reporting internally within the company and externally where applicable
Find and identify new ideas and opportunities to adopt innovative solutions or methods to meet challenges or enhance activities based on functional requirements
Identify and search for professional development opportunities to proactively improve the technical capabilities and skills related to the departments functional requirements
RequirementsBachelors degree in INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY, network engineering, computer science or any other related fieldExperience in infrastructure management, IT governance, IT strategy or any other relevant area, so that at least:Years of experience for bachelors degree campaign: 5 years
