Main responsibilities are managing sales activities and events inline with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget and sales strategy for your hotel. In addition to proactively creating and converting revenue opportunities for the InterContinental Abu Dhabi from qualified corporate key accounts by planning and executing sales activities based on strategies and financial targets.Minimum of 2-3 years Sales experience in 4* or 5* Hotel property, especially in Leisure segment Hospitality degree or equivalent Excellent customer relations, problem solving and time management skills Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera Sales Proven ability to creating new business opportunities Assertive, professional and positive with a proven ability to develop in a team environment Must be able to work independently and maintain a positive attitude within a very busy environment Valid drivers license is preferred.
