Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated RF/Antenna Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.Job responsibilities:

  • Design and develop a complex RF system in GNSS receiver
  • Design and develop an active and passive circuit and array antenna in L-band
  • Work with vendors to develop custom RF components; work with system engineers, board designers, and mechanical engineers to get the best RF performance
  • Work and collaborate in multi-disciplinary Agile teams, adopting Agile spirit, methodology, and tools
  • Work collaboratively with professional developers, system architects, and product managers to deliver high quality technical solutions
Requirements:
  • At least Masters degree or equivalent in electronics engineering or related field
  • 10+ years experience in RF/Antenna research, development, and testing
  • Deep understanding of receiving and transmission RF architecture, especially in multi-channel input RF systems
  • Deep understanding of array antenna architecture especially in multi-channel input RF systems
  • Highly motivated and disciplined
  • Experience in RF system and board design - strong technical knowledge of RF Front End Component
  • Knowledge in RF / Antenna simulation tools like ADS, HFSS, CST, Microwave office, etc...
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
  • Lab ?Hands-On? experience with- Analysis and debugging of systems/ boards that are under development- Optimize circuits designs ? balanced and unbalanced Matching- Experience with RF equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, and RF simulator - an advantage
  • Defense industry experience would be beneficial
Other requirements:
  • Team player experienced in working in agile environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Flexible attitude, ability to perform under pressure
  • Passion for Firmware Development and technology in general
