If you handle every project as though you own it, lets talk!Overview:In this role, you will oversee the project management, scheduling, document review, field inspection and reporting of O&M activities for several projects.?The successful candidate controls?reviewing the performance of O&M contractor, subcontractors to assure contract compliance, accepted delivery plans, Emergency Response, Logistics, Resource Plans, O&M Reports, and Handover Plans to acceptable industry and stakeholder standards. Provides technical guidance to the O&M team including inspectors and field personnel.?Willingness to relocate and regularly visit O&M site locations is expected.????Responsibilities:?Plans, organizes, and ensures adequate staffing, execution, and monitoring of all O&M, Logistics and SMO related activities and support operations.?Provides guidance regarding scope of work, schedules, procedures, field issues and other technical information.?Determines budget estimates and staffing requirements for the defined scope and schedule.?Establishes, monitors, and maintains O&M quality control for the program.?Collaborates with O&M management to eliminate any hazards associated with the work that may adversely affect the environment or the safety or health of employees.?Ensures that personnel of the assigned group engage in safe work practices in compliance with site specific safety procedures and industry standards.?Establishes and maintains a close working relationship with PMC team, client representatives, and contractors.?Maintains O&M program control documentation, design drawings and specifications, change orders, etc.?Monitors contractor performance pertaining to schedule and conformance to plans and specifications.?Makes decisions regarding long range planning, scheduling, budgeting, work priorities, and personnel.?Provides advice on O&M, Logistics and SMO related tasks, procedures, Emergency Plans, Resource Plans and financial matters to management.?Frequently interfaces with PMC Team leader, senior level management and client personnel.?Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.???
