Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civil)??Qualifications : ???Bachelor?s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.?Professional qualification such as RICS or equivalent.?Minimum of 10 years of experience in oil and gas construction projects.?Experience in contract management and negotiation.Roles and Responsibilities:?Prepare and review cost estimates for civil oil and gas construction projects.?Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities.?Evaluate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.?Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to the project team.?Prepare and submit progress payment claims to clients.?Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in the tender evaluation process.?Conduct cost analysis and value engineering exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities.?Provide support during project audits and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.?Participate in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders to resolve any cost-related issues.?Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide innovative cost management solutions.??
