Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, specializing in false ceiling and d‚cor works. The ideal candidate will manage the financial aspects of projects, ensuring that all elements are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality.Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Management: Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of d‚cor works.
  • Measurement & Estimation: Conduct detailed measurements and provide accurate estimates for d‚cor materials and labor.
  • Contract Administration: Manage contracts and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Value Engineering: Collaborate with design teams to identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections related to d‚cor projects.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with d‚cor works and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Site Visits: Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure alignment and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support junior quantity surveyors and trainees in best practices and professional development.
