PG Diploma in plastic Engineering from CIPET or Related Certification related to Production, especially plastic technologies with 5 to 8 years minimum experience in HDPE pipes.Advantage of Candidates with Experience in structural wall pipe.? Ensuring that an QHSE management system is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the latest versions of the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001? Monitoring QA/QC activities? Controlling ,monitoring ,implementing QA/QC Procedures? Maintaining all measuring equipment calibrations records? Incoming inspection and online inspections of the production.? Conducting testing as per inspection test plan and maintain the records.? Preparing technical Submittals to the project.? QHSE policy awareness.? The implications of non-conforming with the QHSE management system requirements.? Identify and analyse non-conformities and results of internal audits and report to the management for review.? Monitor the implementation and functioning of the QHSE management system on a day-to-day basis? Establish and maintain a QHSE certification and accreditation program
