AIQ is a new joint venture company between ADNOC and Group 42, which focuses on developing artificial intelligence technologies in the United Arab Emirates. AIQ develops and commercializes AI products and applications for the oil and gas industry. Working at AIQ includes dealing with massive data sets, an AI infrastructure that is powered by the latest NVIDIA GPU cloud computing platform and access to limitless computing, storage and network resources.PurposeTo strategically manage AIQ?s product and solutions portfolio by reviewing product requirements and roadmaps, managing product workflows, closely working with customers during development, deployment, operational phases and addressing customer feedback into the product solutions.Key Accountabilities? Develop a product strategy in line with AIQ?s company vision that fulfills customer requirements by creating and continuously improving the product roadmap? Collect and analyze feedback from customers, commercial, data science and other functions to shape product requirements, features, end product, and deployment? Oversee product workflows throughout the product lifecycle, from inception to deployment, and ensure strong after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction? Guide product managers in creating an agile work environment that ensures team adaptability to changing market and customer demands? Develop the function?s budget requirements with respect to people, operations, and technology? In coordination with data science and commercial functions, prioritize product and feature development in accordance with value, urgency and commercial impact? Keep up to date with market and industry trends, customer requirements and competing products to aid in decision-making? Regularly conduct pricing, competitive and profitability analyses for AIQ products with SVP commercial and other technology function managers? Cultivate a collaborative and motivating environment that enables an excellence culture through regular check-ins, formal reviews and active mentoring? Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for the product functionKey Interfaces? Technology function managers, regularly to provide customer feedback and review product development progress and requirements? Product Managers, daily for the achievement of daily/weekly objectives? Commercial Function, regularly to develop and review product commercialization strategy and to collaborate on marketing activities? Clients, regularly to oversee product deployment, training and monitor customer satisfactionQualification and Years of Experience? Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Product Management or elated field.? Master?s degree or MBA (preferred)? 10 years of experience in a product management role, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role? Experience in the Oil and Gas or Energy Industry (preferred)Essential Knowledge and Skills? Business acumen, proficient leadership and communication skills? Ability to proactively prioritize workloads, working both independently and as leader of a team? Strong customer relationship skills? Advanced understand of software development methodologies? Knowledge of data processing software? Ability to determine customer requirements and determination of feasibility of implementation
