Senior Planning & Cost EngineerJob Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesMinimum Qualification:•Bachelors Degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.•Minimum 15+ years’ experience of planning in the oil & gas industry including PMC experience.•Experience within FEED & EPC experience.•Experience in large offshore major projects, Minimum 5 years’ experience in Offshore projects.•Proficient in the use of Primavera P-6.•Experience with Project Scheduling and Cost Control.•Good analytical, verbal, and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings.Responsibilities:•Assess Business Plans for execution, Develop strategies and preparation of Operating Budget.•Review and comment on the cost estimates prepared by PMC / Contractors during Conceptual / FEED / EPC phases.•Liaise with the Project Control Engineers of the PMT, manage a team of planning engineers from the Consultants and Contractors, providing them with technical and leadership skills.•Reviews And implement Cost Estimation, Budgeting, Cost Monitoring & Control, Forecasting and Reporting requirements for execution of Major Projects establishing strategies and priorities.•Strong foreseeability to identify the potential risks/conflicts, and document them.•Reviews the Exceptional reports of the PMT on Project Control and PMC Monthly Cost Report.Job Ref No: 13934
