Job Description

As the Senior Oracle Procurement Process Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the procurement processes using Oracle Procurement Cloud. You will leverage your deep understanding of procurement best practices and expertise in Oracle modules to drive efficiency, reduce costs and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.Client DetailsA prestigious public sector entity with an exciting mandate to deliver innovative solutions across multiple sectorsDescriptionLead the implementation of Oracle Procurement Cloud modules, including Procurement Contracts, Sourcing, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Inventory and Supplier Qualification ManagementAnalyse as is procurement processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation and streamlining to enhance efficiency and reduce costsSupport management decision-making for critical changes and enhancements to procurement processes based on best practice examplesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, IT, etc.) to understand business needs and implement procurement solutions aligned with organisational goalsEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and regulatory requirementsContribute to the development of procurement performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor KPIs and provide data-driven insights for informed decision-makingProfileBachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related fieldExperience with Oracle Procurement Cloud (Fusion) is essential, with a proven track record of leading successful procurement transformation initiatives and process optimisation projectsIn-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing methodologies and supplier management principlesStrong understanding of procurement processes (requisitioning, sourcing, purchasing, contract management)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
