They have a team that is on a mission to make energy systems smart, flexible, and sustainable.We are now looking for a Senior Operations Manager to work alongside their international team that are at the forefront of transforming the energy sector.Were looking for someone whos excited about the challenges in scaling a small business, to a multi-regional and highly skilled team over the next 24 months.Youll be joining the small but effective team in the business, the Operations team. This powerhouse of the business covers all business options including finance, compliance, legal and people.No two days are likely to be the same as our client is working on all the requirements for growing the business. They are essentially looking for someone whos passionate about excellent operational processes, while being aligned with the businesses values, especially regarding collaboration and transparency.The RoleIntroducing scalable processes and controls to ensure the company can grow in a sustainable way.Managing and delivering on a wide range of key strategic projects such as setting up in key markets, ISO compliance, and being accountable for bringing the right people together to deliver.Understanding the local and cultural environment within the UAE and GCCResolving operational issues, removing blockers for the wider business to succeed.Providing operational reporting and performance monitoring, helping set and then tracking against key performance indicators.RequirementsThe ideal candidate meets many - but not necessarily all - of the below criteria:Previous experience of managing internal operations for a scaling business, assessing operational capability gaps, introducing process improvements, and evidencing benefits.You have excellent project management skills: with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively across a complex array of tasks and projects.
