We are looking for a SeniorNetwork Administratorÿto join our technology team at (BUNA) The Arab Regional Payments Clearing and Settlement Organization.The following sections detail the main qualifications, skills and responsibilities related to this position:Job Responsibilities:Security Design and DevelopmentúDevelop and configure new systems within cloud and physical infrastructure.úParticipate in the design of security centric network and infrastructure solutions.úEnsure technical solution/design alignment with established security policies.úSecure network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation, and maintain documentation.úMaintain security baseline requirements for all IT systems.Network Maintenance and ImprovementúMaintain existing software and hardware and manage all required upgrades.úInstall, configure, and test infrastructure and network equipment and establish / maintain network connections as per requirements and specifications.úImplement disaster recovery to minimize downtime and ensure network resilience in case of failures or disruptions. Perform advanced programming system automation through scripting.Performance Management and Quality AssuranceúMaintain network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, performance tuning, troubleshooting network problems, and escalating problems to vendors.úTune infrastructure performance and ensure high availability of infrastructure with a focus on industry best practices.úParticipate in the exploration of new technologies and proof-of-concepts.úRecommend, review, and implement new technology solutions.Network SupportúProvide day-to-day 2nd and 3rd level engineering support to the operations team.úLead problem management and regular troubleshooting efforts in resolving infrastructure issues.úCoordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware/software maintenance, and support.Operational ManagementúCreate and maintain documentation. Perform daily IT tasks as assigned.úCoordinate with vendors to develop, test, evaluate, and install new hardware and software in addition to upgrades.úManage multiple vendors in the overall implementation of infrastructure projects.úDevelop and implement appropriate policies and standard operating procedures aligned to established policies and frameworks.úDesign and develop infrastructure monitoring and reporting tools, prioritizing monitoring, alerting, and routing of alerts for infrastructure and services.úEnsure adherence to availability requirements in contractual SLAs.úParticipate in the procurement processes of infrastructure products and services.
