Manage the Mechanical services design for buildings and site infrastructure of a large industrial development (industrial park).? The design and engineering will be produced by a Design & Engineering Consultant. Candidate will be required to review and ensure proper production of deliverables by the consultant.Your responsibilities:Responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:? Review and manage the design of storm water & surface drainage? Review and manage the design of complete HVAC & CHW system? Review and manage the design of Firefighting system? Review and manage the design of Plumbing system? Ensure design implementation aligns with the scope documents? Constructability analysis of the design.? Coordination with all other trades? Coordination with Authority requirements for approvals & NOCHSE AND QUALITY RESPONSIBILITIES? Maintain standards of safety and comply with Company?s Health, Safety & Environment Management System requirements... Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace... Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirementYour knowledge/skills, education, and experience:Qualification/ Certification:? Candidate must possess a Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 15 + years? experience ( at least 10 years in UAE in senior position)? Proven experience in the design of Buildings & Infrastructure services? Knowledge of Local Authority requirements and standardsCommunication:? Fluent in spoken and written English, Arabic is a bonus but not a pre-requisite.Core Competencies:? Hands on experience in managing BIM, Revit etc.? Skilled in use of industry standard software?
