Assist the Group Head of Operational Risk and Fraud Risk with all departmental activities.
Challenge first-line operational risk tools, requiring in-depth knowledge and understanding of banking activities across various departments.
Develop, Implement, and Manage Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities.
Ensure the implementation of the Operational Risk Framework and BCP across the organization.
Possess deep and comprehensive understanding of Banking operations and processes, including Branch, Trade Finance, Cards, IT, Remittances, etc., covering both the first and second lines of defence.
Conduct risk assessments and challenge risk areas across the organization.
