As the Senior Manager, you will support the leadership team to foster and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the group to ensure efficiency, limit waste, streamline processes all with the aim of improving business performanceClient DetailsOur client is a leading development entity in the region responsible for some of the major landmarks in the UAEDescriptionEmbed continuous improvement tools & techniques within departments ensuring alignment with organisational policies, processes and procedures Lead the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) program, including planning training sessions and facilitating project identification across the group Manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program by identifying opportunities, assessing feasibility, overseeing procurement tasks and monitoring benefit realisation Lead process documentation efforts, ensuring standardisation across the business Partner with departments at all levels to address process challenges collaboratively Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate program performance updates regularlyProfileA bachelors degree in a relevant field, alongside a LSS Master Black Belt certification with a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies Over 12 years minimum experience driving continuous improvement projects and implementing transformative technologies Experience managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation platforms.
