You will leadthe performance of the catering operations, catering product, and budget as agreed in the yearly budget process. You will take great pride in ensuringclear F&B quality standards and measurements are set.Accountabilities

• Lead guest experience catering across HUB & worldwide for in-flight services & lounge catering. Manage all pricing and budgeting, hygiene and halal compliance, and 24/7 catering operations.
• Lead a team of Managers across Inventory& logistics, Commercial Pricing and Catering HUB & Network Operations.
• Co-defines the catering strategy. Set & meet targets through the development of standards, tracking and monitoring caterer performance, and regular auditing.
• Analyse allocation of costs to processes (full cost approach & budget management) to prioritize and target cost-saving/service & quality initiatives.
• Assess current equipment utilization, forecast future requirements (including product and equipment volumes) to provide recommendations including area schedules for all functions.
• Develop and track relevant KPIs to steer Etihad Airways Catering operations and administration.
• Direct the activities of the Catering Operations Planning Department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and creating a team with strength that works together to complete and share all tasks equally.
• Devise & implement measurement tools for monitoring performance with respect to the business plan (PowerBi). Analyze daily output demand profiles for each product and service. Review and improve the functionality of catering contracts and ensure a consistent standard approach is followed across all stakeholders. Assess existing and forecast flight schedules to plan menu cycles including procurement approach.

Education & Experience

• An industry leader with vast and diverse experience spanning 8 years of which 5 years of the experience is in senior roles having managed similar divisional accountabilities.
• Airline or large-scale production facility catering experience essential
• Technology enabler in enhancing Catering operations efficiencies
• Bachelors degree preferred(Minimum Required)
• Leadership and management of large teams to deliver key programs of work and projects
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
