BWP represents a leading global real estate developer who is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to support the legal department based in Abu Dhabi.As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will establish legal entities and maintain renewal of licenses and statutory filings with relevant government agencies. You will manage the day-to-day corporate matters of the organization, including the convening of the board of directors, general meetings or supervisory bodies as well as drafting all related documentation.The position will review, draft and negotiate a wide range of legal/commercial agreements, facility agreements, development agreements, sales of property/land, hotel management agreements, design and construction contracts (including FIDIC forms of agreement)
