Senior Irrigation Technician I Real Estate I Al Futtaim EngineeringOverview of the role:

Perform the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of manual, semi-automatic and automatic irrigation systems.
Install, maintain, and repair drainage system.
Carry out manual irrigation whenever needed.
Adjust irrigation schedules based on the type of landscaping & seasons.
Maintain, monitor & repair irrigation pumping system and filters

�What you will do:Responsible for:

Review irrigation programmes and make appropriate adjustments.
Monitor irrigation network and systems to ensure proper functioning as per the programme.
Repair irrigation system defects. Achieve savings in water consumption.
Assist in maintaining parts inventory.
Perform preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on pump stations. Operate main pumps and pump controllers.
Maintain daily record of water readings.
Check irrigation daily for leaks, and any dry areas.
Support landscape maintenance team whenever needed.
Carry out irrigation works on landscape improvement projects.
Plan and carry out irrigation network upgrade work in all properties.
