Job Description

An exciting role is waiting for a well-experienced Senior Investment Associate. Our client is a privately held investment group based in Abu Dhabi. The company is involved in global investment activities which includes wide range of asset classes and investment types.The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage fund universe (PE, VC, HF, LO) and identify opportunities to support the investment process.
  • Communicate with market participants and keep track of company, sector, theme specific news flow.
  • Conduct in depth due diligence on funds related to investments including underwriting, co-investments and direct investment.
  • Support to author in investment case and investment recommendations including financial models.
  • Oversee portfolio fund investments for changes in investment risk, operational risk, opportunity set, sector, macro trends, valuation and underlying fund investment
  • Help and contribute to portfolio construction, portfolio monitoring and risk management across the wider portfolio.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
  • At least 10 years of investment experience in Fund selection as Analyst, Associate, Principal reusable firm in countries with established PE ecosystem
  • Strong experience in due diligence, valuation, investment sourcing, idea generation and monitoring.
  • Well versed with PE/HF/LO fund landscape
  • Well- experienced in portfolio construction, management and risk
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Power point and Word.
  • Strong written and oral communication in English
