Job Description

Job Summary:As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the design process from concept to completion. You will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to create aesthetically pleasing, functional, and innovative interior spaces. Your role includes mentoring junior designers, ensuring design integrity, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the below:

  • Lead the interior design process for multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
  • Develop and present design concepts and solutions that meet client needs and budget constraints.
  • Ensure the design integrity and quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision, preferences, and requirements.
  • Conduct client presentations, effectively communicating design ideas and concepts.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to enhance their skills and professional growth.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and excellence in design
  • Create detailed design drawings, specifications, and documentation using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design implementation aligns with approved plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and seminars to enhance professional development and network with peers.
