Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Senior Executive - Broiler Processing who will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency across our broiler processing operations. With a proven track record in meat and poultry processing, particularly within multinational environments, this role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement. If you are passionate about production excellence and operational optimization, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure strict compliance with all quality standards, protocols, and company procedures within the production line.- Participate in decision-making processes for corrective and preventive actions related to the production department.- Lead, monitor, and evaluate team performance; manage coaching, performance improvement, and disciplinary actions where necessary.- Oversee and manage KPIs relevant to the assigned broiler processing lines to ensure optimal performance.- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment by educating staff and ensuring correct use of equipment and safety measures.- Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines across all operations in the production area.- Monitor the quality of incoming raw materials (live birds) and finished products to meet compliance and customer standards.- Optimize process and material flow to maximize equipment utilization and minimize waste.- Develop, revise, and manage documentation for all Quality & Management Systems.- Ensure workforce is adequately trained and all training is up to date and documented.- Support and escort internal and external audits; ensure implementation of corrective actions when deviations are identified.Requirements- Minimum 10 years of production experience in the meat and poultry processing industry.- At least 3 years of experience in the production department of a multinational company - Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.- Strong knowledge of production systems, safety protocols, and quality control.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Proficient in English (spoken and written).Benefits- Competitive salary package.- Opportunity to work with a leading food manufacturing company.- Career growth and development opportunities.- Dynamic and professional work environment.
