As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger ? togetherJOB PURPOSE:Responsible for the implementation and operations of network and security platforms and work with Architects in collaboration with the Security Operations, Network Operations, Datacenter Management and various other internal and external teams and parties.ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Develop and maintain long term network operation strategies that will help enhance and achieve long term goals for the company
• Design & Manage network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SDWAN, Internet, Hybrid Cloud networks) ensuring a suitable level of performance, security, and contingency
• Management and enhancement of Network routing, switching, security technologies. Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewalls, Load Balancers, Web Application firewalls, IPS/IDS, Site to Site VPNs, Remote access VPN, Proxy, Email Gateway, Wan Encryption/Optimization solutions
• Managing network engineers, security engineers, suppliers and partners who supports organization?s network security infrastructure.
• Drive service delivery satisfaction with outsourced service delivery partner through metrics and management
• Review HLD, LLD, run books, SOP & Handover Check lists related to Network and Security deployments
• Participate in Change Management processes including risk assessment and procedural development and review
• Ensure periodic review & update of network architecture diagrams, Standard operating procedure, disaster recover documentation related to Network & Security Operations
• To improve, manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure to make sure all core services are running smoothly without any network bottleneck
• Participate in projects to assess, analyze, design and provision network services
• Provide technical guidance and support to Network, Security Operations Engineers
• Operate the network, security operations department on a day-to-day basis, to ensure effective and efficient execution of the strategies and ensure high quality outcomes
• Provide 24/7 basis support to maintain the good strength of network and address immediately if there is any issues
• Collaborate with Information security teams to understand and mitigate the security and availability risk

• 12-15 years of experience in IT Network and Security field including Network Security operations, architecture
• Post Graduate degree or equivalent qualification from the reputed institution
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto/Fortinet Firewalls, Load Balancers, Web Application firewalls, IPS/IDS, Site to Site VPNs, Remote access VPN, Proxy, Email Gateway, Wan Encryption/Optimization solutions, Routing & Switching, LAN & WAN
• Hands-on experience in cloud network security concepts such as VPC, Direct connect, Security Groups, NACLs, etc.,
• Working knowledge of the ITIL or similar ITSM Framework
• Expertise in using various monitoring, management, and capacity planning tools
• Excellent oral and written skills with the ability to interact with senior management, technical subject matter experts
• Solid knowledge of Security Architecture, High Availability concepts, and Network Architecture Concepts
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
• Proven ability to manage Network & Security Operations in collaboration with various internal teams
• Professional certifications such as CCNA, TOGAF
