As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger ? togetherJOB PURPOSE:Network Operations Lead is responsible for the planning, design and implementation of the Company infrastructure and security platforms and their expansion, as well as providing architecture services to the existing and new projects.ACCOUNTABILITIES:Generic Accountability

• Proactively address issues discovered in the software components, infrastructure, and scripts in the various environments
• Strong hands-on experience in installation configuration and troubleshooting of network and security products in a multivendor environment.
• Experience in performing analysis and diagnosis of complex network and security problems in large data centers
• Ensure that SDLC procedures defined for service within the domain / service / application / feature are followed.
• Ensure that all performance and career-based activities, conversations and artefacts are prepared together with the individuals, such as Development Plan
• Produce architectural network/security/solution designs for large scale network datacenter/large scale application deployment.
• Share knowledge through Code Reviews andCommunities of Practice opportunities across the Service

• Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to identify new functionality that should be implemented by the domain/service/application/feature.
• Gain an understanding of our Current State and Target State Architecture and then working to define a strategy for our technical direction around security.
• Owner of an application/solution or a feature within the application/solution
• Responsible for leading infrastructure assessments, making decisions on threat modeling and proper security service design and implementation.
• Acts as expert for infrastructure teams in the plan, design, and delivery of IT solutions
• Defines and communicates a shared technical and architectural vision (including infra)
• Technical expertise in multiple disciplines within IT Infrastructure and Information Security, including networking, virtualization, cloud computing, application security & databases
• Provide security architecture and advice in support of application security, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology projects to ensure the integrity of the bank is protected.
• Consult with the Enterprise Architecture practice to ensure that the service is aligned with the Organization architectural patterns
• Document qualityprocedures for the service
• Define, document, and implement the infra & security architecture for the IT projects including but not limited to the following:
• Authentication & authorization
• Account administration controls (provisioning, segregation of duties, validation, attestation, etc.)
• Auditing of critical security related events
• Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability of the system and data
• Own all functional and non-functional aspects of a solution architecture and manage architecture interdependencies
• Determine appropriate security and infrastructure services needed to support solutions and how to incorporate them into a broader technology environment
• Assist IT and Business stakeholders with the development of the business cases
• Identify potential gaps in the proposed architecture and provide innovative solutions to address these gaps
• Conduct Proof of Concept tests to ensure vendor solutions meet company requirements

• Post-secondary educational level
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Ability to multitask
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of status and delta(s).
• Must Possess strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Industry Security Certifications like CCIE, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CSRIC, TOGAF, SABSA etc., are preferred
• Understanding of compliance regulatory requirements like ISO, PCI DSS, NESA etc
• Knowledge & Experience:
• Post-secondary educational level
• 10+ years relevant experience.

• Act as a technical SME during the product/solution evaluation and implementation for Must have experience around Enterprise Security Architecture Security, Security Strategy and Compliance Consulting Experience creating and audit of security best practices and implementation of security principles across the organization, to meet business goals along with customer and regulatory requirements,
• Must have experience around design of security controls and product best fit analysis to ensure end to end security covering different areas of security architecture:
