Job PurposeAssess and analyse performance for HSE practices and systems against Company requirements. Serve as Operations Safety focal point to provide guidance to Site Operations. Provides support of the HSE systems, planning and performance activities, including HSE performance reporting, operational safety, contractor HSE performance, HSE & process safety assurance, HSE audits, and HSE & asset integrity accountability framework activities.Job Specific AccountabilitiesHSE StrategySupports HSE Strategy Updates and Initiatives in accordance with business requirements, international trends, and industry updates.Contributes to the development of Level 1 and Level 2 HSE KPIs for Corporate reporting.Contributes to the monitoring and reporting of HSE accomplishments, KPI updates, and status to ensure aligned information within HSE and across company.Contributes to the reviewing and reporting of HSE Performance in accordance with ADNOC or recognized HSE International Standards.Supports monitoring and reporting of compliance with HSE & Process Safety Assurance Program.HSE PerformanceSupport HSE processes and activities for HSE audits, including development of Annual Audit Plan.Participates on HSE Audits and supports preparation of audit reports.HSE Standards & PracticesSupport deployment of ADNOC HSE Standards, including gap analyses for implementation planning.Support identification of HSE Systems updates to ensure the automation level for different processes in HSE Services to support the interface within and with HSE Teams.Support monitoring status of adherence to HSE standards.Support monitoring of compliance with Land Transportation Safety requirements.Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills8 years of experience in HSE (preferably in Systems, Planning and Performance)Revenues/ Budget: As per approved financial budgetDirect Reports: As per organization chartIndirect Reports: As per organization chart
