Senior Development manager - Hospitality.Experience in Market research, feasibility studies, valuation for all categories of hotels/resorts, conference center hotels, and convention centers.Management agreement, operator contract and term sheet reviews.Strategic consulting, research and advisory assignments,˙brand recommendations for single assets and portfolios.Financial analysis, underwriting and modeling.˙Review and analysis of financial statements, annual business plans, budgets (including capital budgets/programs), and other related functions.˙Assistance with preparation of proposals and pitch materials for prospective business opportunity.˙˙Ideally, the candidate should be either from hospitality background or having a focused working experience dedicated on hospitality projects.
