Responsibilities:

Review of the Design drawings and calculations at various stages of the design development
Review of the shop drawings
Review of the Material used which is reflected in the drawings and calculations and cross verification with MAR
Review of the Basis of design, performance and technical specifications
Carryout the tasks assigned by the Engineering team on day to day basis
Use of the EDMS system (document management system) of EMPLOYER
Attending the meetings on behalf of EMPLOYER

Required Technical Criteria:

Capable of reviewing civil deliverables including but not limited to the following:
Deliverables related to ROW, Utility corridors etc.
Layouts for the Roads, Dry utilities and Storm water
Profile review for the Roads and Storm water
Topography survey layouts
Earthwork and grading drawings
Details of the Roads, Dry utilities and Storm water structures
Layouts for the telecom, MV/LV/Street lighting networks (Civil part only)
Layouts of the substations and details
Layouts of the Storm water pump stations
Details of the Storm water pump stations structures
Layout and details of the Utility protection and culvert
Coordination with the road work drawings
Typical and standard details
Civil design basis reports
Civil Specifications
Calculations
Compound wall, fence and gates
Ensuring the deliverables are coordinated with the other disciplines
Ensuring the Compliance to Authority standards and specifications
Ensuring the deliverables are complying to the Contract requirements
Ensuring the proper interface with existing infrastructure, ongoing and future projects
Constructability of the asset(s)
Value Engineering options
Appropriate assumptions / factors taken during the review process
Health, Safety & Environmental issues associated with the design
Assisting EMPLOYER on the project management and coordination process
Keeping the record for the works completed
