Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is˙seeking a highly experienced Senior Delivery Manager who will serve as the key day-to-day project interface, ensuring that project objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost targets, and the appropriate quality standards of Residential and Mixed-use projects.Responsibilities:- Manage team resources to meet project delivery goals.- Develop and execute project delivery strategy.- Plan pre-contract, scheduling, and design development aligning with success criteria.- Support design managers in preparing project design scope and RFPs.- Manage design consultant procurement and tender process.- Oversee design progress, ensuring compliance with safety standards.- Coordinate with stakeholders and Procurement for project contracts.- Conduct kick-off meetings and manage design-to-construction transition.- Monitor project progress, compliance, and risk mitigation.- Foster communication among project teams and stakeholders.- Ensure timely production of project progress reports.- Manage contracts, payments, and coordinate with project control.Coordinate with Stakeholder management for Statutory approvals.- Ensure integration of HSE policies and procedures.- Actively manage the defects liability period.- Compile and distribute lessons learned for continuous enhancement.Requirements- Bachelors degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction or project management, or a related field.- 12+ years of experience in managing successfully complex Residential and Mixed-use projects.- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and build effective working relationships.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.- Member of a recognized professional body such as RIBA, AIA, CIOB, RICS.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits
