Job Description

UAE National-Senior Customer Relations Executive | Hertz | Sales & Customer Management | Abu DhabiOverview of the role:To be responsible to provide a central point of contact between HERTZ and the customer for aftersales activities and to develop and build long term business relationships. To ensure high level ofcustomer service in line with company policy, procedures & standards.What you will do:

  • Demonstrates commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Ensure that the standard as set from the Al FustianWay Behaviours are met and exceeded.
  • Local Concern: Mediates between the customer andthe company regarding local concerns such asCorporate Rental Extension, Direct Complaints fromcustomers, Interdepartmental Coordination, RentalRefund bank transfers and AFSS reconciliation
  • Inbound Concern: Liaises with Hertz Internationalabout in-bound customer complaints, queries onservice invoices, rates and other relevant matters
  • Creating monthly local purchase order in SAP forgeneral administrative requests and rental operationsexpenses. Verify invoices and submit to finance forpayments and settlement.
  • Ensures that wrongly charged and subsequentlyclosed rental contracts both local and pre-paidrentals are attended and rectified. Processes refundthose over-paid rentals and with disputes.
  • Provide all justification to support the chargesfollowing Hertz rental terms and conditions. Ensurethat all cases are responded in accordance to Bankpolicy to avoid chargeback. . Negotiate to NI bankmatters relating to Bank Facilities (POS machines,Imprints etc.) and Procedures (Security Blockings,Refunds etc.).
  • Projects: Involvement in implementation of RentalRelated projects such as Leasepro upgrade, reintroducing Firefly, Credit Card automation andPayment Gateway.
