Job Description

  • Conduct all stages of cost estimates and plans starting from the concept, schematic, and detailed design cost estimations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive project cost plans.
  • Analyze cost data and trends to provide strategic insights.
  • Oversee the tender process, negotiate contracts, monitor expenses, mitigate risks, implement cost-saving measures, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Handling the post-contract stage during construction, including contract administration, payments, variations, project closing?etc.
